  • How do I make an appointment?
    We offer easy and quick appointment scheduling online! Just click on the "Schedule an Appointment" button below (also located on the home page and throughout the site) and you can schedule either a consultation or the appointment itself.
  • When should I arrive for my appointment?
    To give yourself enough time to get ready for your appointment, please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early. An informational consent form and a brief medical history form must be completed by all new patients.
  • What if I have questions and am not ready to start treatment yet?
    No Problem! We offer free consultations where you can ask any questions and discuss your care plan with us.
  • What type of payment do you accept?
    We accept cash, debit cards, HSA/FSA debit cards, and all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
  • Do you accept health insurance?
    Insurance can be used for medications prescribed through our office, however, we don't accept insurance as payment for our services. Insurances dictate patient care more than people realize. We do not believe that is in your best interest and you receive better care without insurance in our specialized services. Also, oftentimes our prices are lower than what other clinics bill your insurance. Depending on your insurance deductible, we might be cheaper. Cash, credit/debit card (including FSA/HSA cards) payment is accepted for the visits and lab tests but you can file a "super bill" which is provided by us to your insurance for any office visit or lab costs to see if there may be reimbursement from your insurance company.
  • Help! I can't find a time to schedule a phone consult that works for me!?
    Go to the booking page, by clicking any "book now" buttons on the website once on the booking page click "Add To Waiting List" input your info and we will then reach out to you for times that work best for your schedule.
